Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: WFA - Bentonville, AR 72712Description: The Controller is responsible for leading the accounting function of a 600+ person, multi-entity Architecture & Engineering firm with domestic and international operations and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This role oversees consolidated financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, technical accounting, treasury operations support, audit and tax management, and the integrity of financial information across all business units. The Controller partners closely with the CFO, FP&A, Project Accounting, HR/ESOP administration, and operational leaders to ensure accurate financial data, strong financial governance, and scalable processes that support continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Leadership and Oversight: Lead and develop an accounting team across AR, AP, GL, payroll, project accounting, and international entity accounting. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes; ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements.
