About the Role As a member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class HR solutions and consultation to leaders and associates across the enterprise, while also serving as the regional HR country manager for Gartner Canada. Our HR professionals’ partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with organizational goals, support change management initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies. You will also provide country and/or province-specific guidance regarding a variety of topics including compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Country Manager: Provide local expertise to guide best practices and ensure legal compliance in support of people programs and processes. Lead internal communications for Canada, acting as a focal point for people announcements, policies and procedures.
