THE FORUM is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Tech II to join our team! The Maintenance Tech II person is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant. Under supervisor direction, the Tech performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment and plumbing repairs. Employment Type: On Call role with possibility of transitioning to full-time Hourly Wage: $ 28.00-$45.00: Weekend Shift Differential: $2/hour: Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech II: - Working as a team with the entire Plant department, the Maintenance Tech II performs general maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. - Performs building and equipment repairs, with moderate plumbing and electrical, and some carpentry. - Completes apartment turnovers, incl...
