Who This Role Is For You're an LMHCA or LCSWA in the Asheville area who wants meaningful part-time remote work with youth, without sacrificing pay stability or clinical growth. Asheville's behavioral health community is tight-knit and motivated — and students across North Carolina need quality school-based mental health support. What Makes This Different: - Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered - Guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations — your time is always compensated - $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy - Part-time W2 position — stable, predictable employment - Fully remote — work from Asheville or anywhere in North Carolina - Mon–Fri 3–8 PM — afternoons and evenings, no early mornings - Zero admin burden — billing, credentialing, and scheduling support all handled The Work: You'll provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, working alongside school counselors and families statewide.
