People & Culture Generalist / Housing Coordinator We’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist / Housing Coordinator to support our resort team members while overseeing day-to-day employee housing operations. This role blends HR generalist responsibilities with housing coordination to ensure our team members feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success—both at work and at home. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and able to balance HR sensitivity with the operational needs of our employee housing community. This individual will assist the People & Culture team with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration while coordinating employee housing operations. Description: - Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, and other required certifications. - Assists with recruiting efforts by reviewing candidates and coordinating with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to identify qualified applicants for open positions. - Coordinates employee onboarding processes including completion of emplo...
