We are hiring for this position out of our Vancouver office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. Role Overview: This role oversees daily administrative and settlement operations, ensuring accurate processing, timely month‑end activities, and effective issue resolution. It leads operational and system changes by coordinating cross‑functional partners, delivering communication and training, and supporting smooth adoption. The position drives process improvements, strengthens controls, updates SOPs, and supports audit and reporting needs. Success requires strong payments operations experience, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
