This role ensures adequate coverage, compliance with protocols, and operational efficiency while serving as a liaison between field staff and other departments. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to respond to critical incidents when needed. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day EMS field operations and staff performance. Ensure crews have required equipment and adequate supplies for assigned duties. Act as liaison between field staff and internal departments (Training, HR, Billing, etc.). Maintain accurate schedules, training records, and state-required documentation. Monitor system deployment and operational efficiency for cost-effective performance. Respond to high-acuity calls and coordinate ambulance transport during major incidents. Assist in employee evaluations, attendance tracking, and certification compliance. Uphold adherence to company policies, procedures, and patient care protocols.
