The Eisenmesser laboratory is located in a highly collaborative structural biology environment with access to: All major instrumentation is located in the same building. - Bruker 600 MHz and 900 MHz NMR spectrometers with cryoprobes - An on-site 200 kV Talos Arctica cryo-EM facility - Proteomics and metabolomics mass spectrometry cores - A comprehensive biophysics core facility Key Responsibilities: Our group uses an integrative structural biology approach to understand how macromolecular structure and dynamics control function in systems relevant to infectious disease.
