General Summary The Director of Talent Acquisition – Clinical & Shared Services is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with organizational goals and supports clinical care and shared services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership over recruitment functions, employer branding initiatives, and candidate experience efforts with alignment to the broader talent acquisition strategy. The Director leads a high performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. By partnering closely with senior leadership, the Director builds and sustains a strong talent pipeline across clinical and shares services. The Director also works collaboratively with leaders within talent acquisition and the human resources centers of excellence. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment for nursing, nursing support, behavioral health, allied health, and shared services.
