Job description

*Position contingent upon award of contract* Purpose and Scope: Performs a variety of engineering assignments to support project development, design changes, operations, installation, and maintenance of t ransportation systems to ensure safe, efficient movement for vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists and / or physical security infrastructure, including CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems. Ensure robust protection of facilities through technical expertise in electronic systems , often integrating with IT networks. These systems are located at the Kennedy Space Center – at locations throughout the site, including at/around space flight hardware processing facilities, launch pad support buildings and facilities, engineering and administrative support buildings and other types of industrial and related support facilities.
