Grill Station REPORTS TO: General Manager/MOD (Manager on Duty) REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent helpful, but not required Former culinary education helpful, at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to stand for 9 hours Able to lift at least 50 pounds Good hearing for accurate communication Command of the English language for the ability to communicate with management and co-workers at a reasonable level Must be in good physical condition Ability to work well with others The Grill Cook plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.
