Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Agent to manage the end-to-end procurement process for enterprise software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, IT hardware, and related technology services. This role ensures that Epirus acquires the best value in technology spend while maintaining compliance, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting internal stakeholders across IT, security, engineering, and operations. Responsibilities: Procurement Execution - Work with InfoSec, Product Security, IT, contracts, finance, accounts payable, and supply chain to drive excellence with software and IT procurement execution and management. - Source, negotiate, and purchase software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and IT hardware including servers, laptops, peripherals, and network equipment. - Coordinate renewals, notify contracts to terminate contrac...
