As an Executive Assistant , you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing schedules, communications, travel, and key initiatives. You’ll also play a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, offsites, and executive-level meetings, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and professionalism. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. ABOUT THE ROLE: - Manage complex calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing time, and resolving conflicts across time zones - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and attendee communication - Plan and execute company events, leadership offsites, team gatherings, and internal functions, partnering with Marketing, HR, and leadership - Own event logistics end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, travel arrangements, and on-site execution - Support board meetings and executive-level events, including preparation of materials and coordination of attendees - Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommo...
