As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Enterprise Change organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will partner with project sponsors to quickly and efficiently become knowledgeable with the subject matter on assigned initiatives while becoming SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) themselves. They will provide support through the life of a project beginning with the discovery meetings through implementation into production while also identifying opportunities for improvement, evaluating known pain points and process redesigns with the goal of increasing productivity. Possessing a “get-it-done” mentality, they will promote the use of interdisciplinary expertise and will engage appropriate resources throughout the life of a project.
