A Critical Infrastructure Coordinator - Data Center oversees the scheduling, execution, and documentation of preventative and corrective maintenance for essential systems like generators, HVAC, and fire safety across client facilities. They manage vendor relationships, monitor dashboards, ensure compliance with service protocols, and maintain accurate records to support operational continuity and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage vendors in terms of developing preventative maintenance schedules for the entire year. - Responsible for all coordination of client’s Critical Infrastructure facilities and assets such as Generators, UPS Systems, DC Plants, HVAC, Fire Life Safety, IR Scans, Pest Control, and Cleanings. - Establi...
