Executive Manager, Financial Accountability Regime Your business: Legal and Group Secretariat is responsible for delivering an integrated and consistent approach to CBA’s external and internal legal risk management and corporate governance. Your team: The Accountability Regime Team (ART) works alongside the SpeakUP team to support CBA’s strategy by building customer trust in CBA through promoting accountability and upholding integrity. The ART and SpeakUP team are part of Legal and Group Secretariat. The ART plays a critical role in supporting CBA and its Accountable Persons to comply with the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR). The FAR is a legislative regime which, among other things, establishes accountability obligations for banks and their senior executives and directors. The ART is supported by a FAR lawyer from CBA’s Legal team. Your impact and contribution: Reporting into the Head of FAR, you will contribute by effectively administering and maintaining CBA’s FAR framework.
