Job Purpose: To work as part of the Operations Team to ensure the continuous mobility of our fleet. Liaise with Drivers & Clients to determine problems with vehicles. Manage all driver queries such as service bookings, breakdowns & general vehicle care advice. Broad vehicle knowledge is a minimum requirement to ensure we provide the best level of attention to our Drivers & Clients. Good technical experience with the appropriate qualification is an advantage. Tasks: - Working as part of a team, process all tasks efficiently. - Communicate & translate customer requests to service providers. - Daily update of internal systems. - Ensure vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. - Accurately communicate and update drivers where required. - Resolve quality issues as directed by Line Manager. - Ensure all communications are dealt with adhering to the correct policy and within agreed guidelines. - To undertake any reasonable role related duties which may be required from time to time by Line Manager. - Achieve team goals a...
