Job DetailsJob Location: Clermont, FL 34714Exploria Resorts - Corporate Offices Pay: $20/HR: Job Summary: The Seasonal Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Recruitment. This position will require high-volume recruiting and an entrepreneurial spirit. They will be responsible for filling open positions and will help the company reach strategic goals by attracting and hiring top-performing employees from entry to mid-level support staff. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through the orientation process. Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate with department leaders to define hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and closing job offers to candidat Partner with hiring managers to develop candidate profiles and competitive sourcing strategies for requisitions.
