The Employment Consultant (OGS/PPS) plays a vital role in supporting Real Futures’ mission to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through sustainable employment opportunities. What will you be doing?: - Provide case management for aspirants receiving Ongoing Support and Post Placement Support services - Build and maintain positive relationships with employers - Conduct workplace visits - Maintain regular contact with aspirants, offering mentoring, motivation, and guidance - Refer, book, and complete Ongoing Support Assessments with assigned assessors - Collect and record all required evidence to support and process employment outcomes - Utilise JobAccess and the Supported Wage System - Prepare and submit accurate documentation for Ongoing and Post Placement Support outcomes - Maintain detailed and compliant case notes in Job Ready Live - Ensure all activities comply with IEA Agreement, WHS, and organisational policies and procedures Who are we looking f...
