Job Summary: Maintains building by independently making high level and complex repairs. Also, by performing preventative maintenance tasks/projects throughout the casino in more than one trade discipline that may include but not be limited to landscaping, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and kitchen equipment. Assists in training lower-level engineers and those with different skill sets. Shift Availability: - Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Duties/Responsibilities: - None - Repair and maintain HVAC systems. - Patch, repair, and paint designated areas as needed. - Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis. - Responsible for inventory. - Handle routine calls, prioritized by leadership and guest service needs. - Higher level plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, carpentry, floor covering functions, special trade. - Must be able to utilize ladders of various heights, during Engineering duties. - All other duties as assigned.
