Job Posting Title: Senior Field Trainer/Analyst Hiring Department: Special Education Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40 FLSA Status: Exempt Earliest Start Date: May 15, 2026 Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Dec 31, 2026 Location: Texas Job Details: Purpose The Senior Field Trainer/Analyst will support the development and implementation of the Mathematics Intervention Academies, a statewide professional learning initiative designed to strengthen instructional systems and intervention practices in mathematics. This role will contribute to the design of professional learning content, lead facilitation of Training-of-Trainers (TOT) sessions to prepare facilitators, and support the successful implementation of the pilot year of the Mathematics Intervention Academies.
