Position Summary: The Production Manager leads milling and packaging operations at the Marble Hill site to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient production that meets customer requirements and supports HEM operating and financial objectives. This role oversees 24/7 milling operations, partners cross‑functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Customer Care, and Product Management, and drives operational optimization through data, preventive/predictive maintenance, and process improvements—while ensuring compliance with MSHA and environmental requirements.
