USfalcon is seeking a Ballistic Missile Submarine (SSBN) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. PAY: $95,000-125,000: JOB SUMMARY: The SSBN SME provides authoritative expertise on nuclear submarine operations in direct support of USSTRATCOM's campaign and risk assessment mission. The selected candidate will serve as the resident technical expert on ballistic missile submarine platforms, employment, and operations, applying deep operational knowledge to assess strategic deterrence effectiveness and advise senior leadership at the Combatant Command level. *Contingent Upon Award* ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Conduct graduate-level quality analysis and assessment of USSTRATCOM core mission areas, with a specific focus on the sea-based leg of the nuclear triad — ballistic missile submarine operations, force posture, and strategic employment. - Apply operational expertise in nuclear submarine and SSBN platform operations to develop and refine measurement criteria, including Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs), for campaign and risk assessments. - Perform at the senior operations assessment Subject Matter Expert level by actively partic...
