POSITION SUMMARY: 1st Shift ~ 12 hour shift Thursday - Saturday 5AM -5:30PM: The Lead Distribution Outfitter trains maintains activities of department personnel by scheduling and assigning workflow checking work for accuracy, analyze and resolving work problems. They will t rain associates, assign duties, and monitor activity. This role will maintains an open line of communication with leadership. The Outfitter will be cross trained in other departments as needed and may be asked to carry out special projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs Ensure associates are working in a safe manner at all times. Ensure Housekeeping assignments are completed daily and associates maintain a clean work area throughout their day. Ensure all associates are fully trained on procedures and equipment and have the supplies needed to effectively complete assigned tasks. Ensure department processes and procedures are followed while adjusting labor needs to appropriately address work volumes and monitor consistent flow.
