ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Transfer Pricing Internship aims to provide structured and operational support to SES's Tax and Transfer Pricing function during a period of temporary operational workload increase, particularly related to the SES-Intelsat integration and international compliance requirements. The objectives of this position are to: - Ensure continuity of services - Guarantee an appropriate allocation of tasks based on their complexity - Provide a supervised learning environment aligned with academic training PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS: - Support the SES Tax team in tax and transfer pricing matters related to SES and Intelsat integration - Assist in the update of SES Group transfer pricing documentation including Master File and Local Files for main Group entities - Support insourcing of legacy Intelsat group entities transfer pricing documentation preparation - Assist in the Outlier analysis update based on the SES Country-by-Country report - Participate in functional analysis interviews an...
