ROLE SUMMARY: The Medical Affairs AI Lead is the strategic architect and technical product owner for AI transformation across HQ Medical Affairs and Field Medical. This role defines the AI vision and roadmap, identifies and prioritizes high-impact use cases, builds rapid prototypes to prove value, and develops reusable Medical Affairs specific Agent Skills and context architectures. The AI Lead translates complex AI capabilities into practical solutions, creates technical specifications and architecture documentation for scalable implementation, and partners across Technology, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Procurement, and Data teams to remove friction and accelerate delivery. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and communicate the AI transformation vision for Medical Affairs, aligned with enterprise AI strategy and function-specific needs. Identify high-impact AI use cases across HQ Medical (e.g., Medical Strategy, Publications, Medical Information, Competitive Intelligence) and Field Medical (e.g., Field Medical operations, congress management, advisory boards, ISS/IIRs).
