Job Title Finance Administration Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly capable Finance Analyst to support a major national client within the healthcare sector. This role sits within our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division and partners closely with the Senior Finance Manager, operational leaders, and a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering commercial insights, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis across a large and diverse property and facilities portfolio. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Monthly Reporting & Financial Operations: Prepare and deliver month‑end results, including recoveries, accruals, prepayments, and variance commentary. Manage day‑to‑day financial operations across the portfolio (payments, invoicing, claims, reconciliations). Support performance monitoring to ensure financial KPIs are achieved. Translate complex data into meaningful insights for executive and operational stakeholders. Identify, track, and support delivery of financial and operational initiatives.
