- Full Time (38hrs per week), 12-month fixed term (Parental Leave contract) - Abbotsford location - Leading LGBTQIA+ community services organisation About the Role: We are seeking an experienced AOD Program Manager to lead our specialist Alcohol and Other Drugs program in Victoria. This senior leadership role is responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of AOD services supporting LGBTIQ+ communities and people living with or affected by HIV. Reporting to the Manager, Therapeutic Services, you will lead senior staff, strengthen service delivery, and contribute to strategic partnerships across the sector. The ideal candidate will: - Lead high-quality AOD service delivery using harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches. - Supervise senior staff and outreach programs. - Support service development, quality improvement and program reporting. - Strengthen partnerships across the AOD and community services sectors. - Contribute to workforce leadership, performance and program growth.
