As a Logistics Supervisor in Puttershoek, you help manage and improve our Consumer Products warehouse. You work in a modern and automated warehouse. We use systems and data to manage our processes. This is a good role if you want more responsibility, career growth, and an international work environment. YOUR ROLE: As a Supervisor, you lead one of our logistics departments (Inbound or Outbound). You make sure daily targets (KPIs) are reached. You also help your team improve and grow. You report to the Warehouse Manager. Your tasks: You work in a shift schedule with early and late shifts during weekdays. On Saturdays, you work morning shifts. During busy periods, this can also include afternoon shifts. Sundays are free. In addition, there are one or two periods per year when the team works night shifts for a few months. These night shifts are part of the team rotation. You receive a shift allowance.
