Southbridge Care Homes are currently looking to expand our Food Services department. We are looking for a Part-Time Food Services Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team at Southbridge Cornwall. Reporting to the Food Service Manager, the Food Services Supervisor will work in conjunction with FSM to ensure the smooth running of all the operations of the food service department. They will work to ensure the nutritional needs of our beloved residents are met. The FSS will be jointly responsible for inventory management, meal/snack plans, human resource management, kitchen operations, clinical nutrition, and all other aspects of the Food Services department. RESPONSIBILITIES – As part of your duties and in conjunction with FSM. - Plan, organize and provide high-quality dietary services for residents of the facility. - Apply continuous quality improvement principles, best practices, standardization of workflow, performance, production, changes to service, and dietary requirements to meet legislative requirements. - Select, supervise and motivate dietary staff; ensure dietary staff works as a team, ensure a high level of productivity and better use of staff capabilities. - Ensure all fo...
