Description Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Missoula, Montana. This position will work on existing client files and help establish a strong local presence in Montana. This is a key position that will have additional responsibilities associated with running a law office and will serve as the main point of contact for the corporate office. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home after successfully completing training. Requirements: - Civil litigation with a defense firm, preferred; - Montana civil litigation experience, preferred; - Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records; - Prepare medical record summaries; - Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence; - Experience billing time; - Well-developed writing and research skills; - Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook; - Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy; - Anticipating attorney’s needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions; - Ability to work w...
