Facilities Shift Engineer - (24/7 Roster) Roster: 4 days on, 4 days off (includes weekends and public holidays) Security Clearance: Australian Citizens only - NV1 clearance required We are seeking an experienced Facilities Shift Engineer to support round-the-clock operations at our client site. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime for a leading data centre facility. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, chillers, generators, CRAC units, etc.). - Facilitate both scheduled and emergency maintenance with contractors and vendors to ensure uptime, SLA compliance, certification standards, and adherence to safety protocols. - Supervise contractors and vendors to maintain high standards of quality and safety. - Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Method of Procedures (MOPs). - Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), track energy efficiency, and respond to fault alarms. - Conduct daily facility inspections and report on system performance and asset condition....
