IT System Analyst, Full-Time, First Shift UC Health is hiring a full-time IT System Analyst for the IS&T department for first shift at UC Health. The Epic Population Health IT Systems Analyst is responsible for the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Population Health modules and related applications. This role collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve population health outcomes through data-driven solutions, workflow enhancements, and system integration. System Development and Support: - The Epic Population Health IT Systems Analyst is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining Epic Population Health modules, including Healthy Planet, registries, and care management tools. This role analyzes clinical and operational workflows to identify opportunities for system optimization and improved patient outcomes, collaborating closely with clinicians, care managers, and leadership to translate business and clinical needs into technical solutions.
