Job description

The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of multiple beverage outlets and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations. Must be 21 years of age or older Work requires prior bartending/beverage experience. Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes. Work requires a minimum of 1 year Beverage Supervisory experience Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner. Must present a neat and professional appearance. Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
