Job Description: The Production Test Technician Supervisor will lead a team of hourly employees spread across four different shifts for a lab that runs 24/7. The supervisor is responsible for the day by day management of the Production Test Technicians (PTT). The supervisor will also be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of technician responsibilities whether that is process improvement, tooling, training or physical location of test assets. This is a full-time exempt position in which the work is performed under limited supervision by the Director, Manufacturing and Production Test and is evaluated on results obtained.
