The Reliability Execution Lead ensures the consistent, reliable, and efficient operation of all manufacturing lines. This role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drives equipment uptime, and supports the planning and execution of maintenance days, overhauls, and rebuilds. In addition, the role contributes to cost efficiency, continuous improvement, service, and safety across the entire site. The Reliability Execution Lead manages a team of facility‑based team members and plays a critical role in building technical capability, strengthening equipment reliability, and supporting operational performance.
