We are currently looking for a Employee Relations & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen employee relations practices within a hospice healthcare environment. This role ensures the fair and consistent application of policies, promotes a respectful and supportive workplace culture, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and hospice-specific employment regulations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, corrective action, terminations, and conflict resolution. Conduct comprehensive, timely, and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace misconduct. Ensure thorough, defensible documentation and consistent application of policies. Serve as a trusted HR consultant to managers and employees on performance management, disciplinary actions, documentation practices, and conflict resolution.
