Job Summary: The Peacock Inn Restaurant aims to provide an elegant and exceptional dining experience enhanced by attentive, sophisticated décor, and a contemporary approach to cuisine. We are seeking a Server/Bartender to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of food, liquors, aperitifs, cocktails and wine. Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
