ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking a billing coordinator comfortable in a fast pace environment to support our growing HVAC/Plumbing Service Operations Department RESPONSIBILITES: Creating and processing invoices: Document content review: Quoted and Time and Material: Review processed work orders for accuracy and detail Work with customer and internal Sales Engineers to support any customized billing requirements Work within multiple customer portal applications Communicate with service technicians, sales engineers and internal personnel on a regular basis Communicating with customers via email and phone.
