In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and manage key commercial and contractual activities. You will be acting as a trusted partner, you will represent the company professionally during both virtual and in‑person customer engagements. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong customer service background, commercial awareness, service delivery management, and contract management. The position requires trips to customers’ side (few days per month) and regular office visits to Milton Keynes.
