Job Summary: Under direction, oversees large and complex, integrated program(s)/ projects. Implements work scope, provides program/project planning, budget, and administration, and develops related operational policies and procedures. This role will primarily focus on, planning, development, testing, and implementation of solutions to gain operational efficiencies and effectiveness within the Stericycle Compliance Solutions business unit. Key knowledge areas include; sales strategy, phone system/call routing/productivity enhancement, comp plans, value delivery, and training. Individual is expected to work independently with limited guidance and understand how and when to escalate issues, risks, etc. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Project Planning - Leads the coordination with Stericycle business sponsors to define the requirements and scope for global strategic projects - Identifies resources needed for project teams - Schedules tasks, deadlines, and key milestones.
