We have an Associate opportunity in the UK FIG team within the broader EMEA Financial Institutions Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate, financial sponsor and government clients. We maintain pivotal relationships with many of the most prominent clients in the financial services industry and aid them, through M&A and capital markets transactions, in delivering on their corporate strategy and structure. We cover origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions, as well as top-tier corporate broking services across the FIG client base, together with colleagues from other product teams. As an Associate, you will be a key player in the origination and execution of investment banking mandates across all major product areas.
