Who we are looking for The Assistant Vice President (AVP) – ETF Basket Operations is a senior operations leadership role responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight, control, and scalability of ETF basket production within State Street’s Sacramento delivery center. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and controlled creation and approval of ETF baskets supporting global primary market activity. The AVP will lead teams supporting equity, fixed income, and complex ETFs, act as a senior escalation point, and partner closely with onshore leadership, Technology, Risk, and Client Coverage to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
