Position summary: The Director of Technical Solutions will lead the Technical Solutions team in support of identifying new business opportunities in partnership with Business Development, crafting creative technical solution options for business opportunities, and generating compelling and timely quotations or proposals to win desired new business for Cretex Medical. This role will act as a collaborative leader in partnership with Business Development, NPD, NPI, and Operations to build a team, process, and approach that enables an aligned and effective means of turning new business opportunities into profitable products in production and a positive Customer experience.
