Description This position is responsible for the delivery and pick up of bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other rental items to properties all over Hilton Head Island. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - You will help live out our company’s Noble Purpose by ensuring that customers have a positive experience at Hilton Head Outfitters. - When interacting with each guest, leave them with a “WOW” story to tell about their experience. - Share customer impact stories with your team in meetings and with management. - Use company vehicles to pick up and deliver bikes, beach chairs, and other rental items. - Assist with the set up and break down of bike shop at the beginning and end of the day. - Assist guests with questions about our rentals. - Keep bike shop and surrounding areas clean of trash and other unsightly items. - Keep any tools in bike shop and surrounding areas tidy and in working conditions. - Check bike and other rentals that are returned for safety issues. - Inform guests of bike safety for Hilton Head Island. - Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule. - Maintains a professional appearance. - Remains alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests at all times. - C...
