At Ingrid, we’re redefining how delivery works in e-commerce. Our platform helps retailers turn delivery into a competitive advantage — reducing checkout friction, increasing conversion, and building long-term customer loyalty. As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Account Executive to help accelerate growth and bring Ingrid to more ambitious retailers. The role: As a AE at Ingrid, you’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise retailers from prospecting and discovery to closing and handover. You’ll sell consultatively, using data, insights, and strong discovery to connect Ingrid’s technology to real business outcomes. This is a role with high ownership, clear targets, and real impact on our growth. What you’ll do: Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, business case, and close Build and manage a portfolio of target accounts Engage decision-makers using personalized, multi-channel outreach Run structured sales processes using MEDDPICC and value-based selling Build clear ROI cases and go-live plans for customers Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot Partner closely with Partnership, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Cust...
