Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Deputy Program Manager/Project Manager to support Radiance payload development programs. This individual will support the Program Manager in executing payload development program for government customers. The candidate will also support the Program Manager in managing multidisciplinary team to ensure that all contractual technical requirements are met and delivered within budgetary and schedule constraints. Responsibilities: - Learn from the Program Manager on effectively managing a space payload development program, with the objective of becoming a Program Manager for future payload development efforts. - Support execution of payload development projects in accordance with cost, schedule, and performance requirements - Assist in managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure contractual technical requirements are met - Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and milestones - Identify, document, and manage program risks and mitigation strategies - Prepare and deliver monthly status reports to internal and external stakeholders - Support and participate in program management reviews and te...
