Generalist, Human Resources - 2nd/3rd Shift

Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist administers and supports a wide range of human resources programs and processes across the associate lifecycle. This role partners with managers and associates to promote a positive, compliant, and engaging work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable employment laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares associate separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. - Works with supervisors and managers to maintain a fair and positive work environment for associates; responds to associate concerns promptly and professionally. - Participates in associate relations investigations and advises supervisors and managers in disciplinary action processes. - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures compliance among policies, procedures, and reporting. - Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects associates to fill vacant positions. - Plans and conducts new associate orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. - Keeps records of personnel...
