Our Guiding Principles: Position Summary: ​ ​ ​ Under general direction of the Farm Manager, this position works in all aspects of small-scale sustainable food production. The Job includes all ongoing tasks associated with vegetable production and will also support the farm’s outreach, education, and community support programs. The Market Farm Crew Member is a position that requires at least 1 year of farming experience, preferably in a market farm setting. This position is 40 hours a week, from Mid-April through the end of October, primarily Monday-Friday with frequent evening hours and occasional weekend hours. ​ ​ - Person Centered.
