Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist of Financial Data & Analytics to work on the development and delivery of advanced analytic solutions that support strategic decision‑making across the enterprise. This position will partner closely with divisional SMEs—including Human Health Finance, Manufacturing Division Finance, Research and Development Division Finance, Corp Finance, Tax and Treasury—to define solution requirements. The Senior Specialist will develop solutions based on designs provided by the larger project team. This role requires strong business acumen/knowledge, problem-solving skills and technical know-how. Also working effectively with business and technical team members will be critical. Primary Responsibilities: Analytics Solution Design & Delivery: Document business requirements for data ingestion and curation, business process assumptions/changes, KPI definitions and, finally, user interface requirements. Support the delivery of end‑to‑end analytics solutions, including data modeling, semantic layer development, predictive analytics, dashboards, and self‑service capabilities.
